The Situation

The Approach

CBCT assessment revealed sufficient bone for 4 conventional implants. Same-day fixed teeth were placed using SAPTeeth™ protocol. A final zirconia prosthesis was delivered after healing.

Zygomatic Implants

The Situation

A 72-year-old patient had consulted three dentists and was told implants were not possible due to severe upper jaw bone loss. The only option offered was a new denture.

The Approach

3D imaging confirmed bilateral zygomatic bone availability. Bilateral zygomatic implants were placed, bypassing the deficient maxillary bone entirely.

The Situation

In coordination with the oncology team, a custom obturator prosthesis was designed to seal the palatal defect. Subsequent implant-supported rehabilitation further improved stability.
